Electric Motor Rewinds

Stator Rewind in our workshop.

This is a process following a winding fault or burn out.

All data is taken from the stator, it is stripped and cleaned, re insulated, new coils wound and fitted, tied in, connections made, new leads are connected, and tied in, tested, varnished & stoved.

Pumps

Pump repair, service & sales.

Pumps need to be serviced from time to time due to leaks, noise, and if left too long can need more major repairs such as a rewind.

Site Services

We provide on site service, if your motor is failing we can test & fault find on site and remove your motor for repairs. It is best to call us in if your motor is not running as quietly or have noticed any changes, preventative maintenance is always less costly than an emergency breakdown, we can often book your asset in for service at a convenient time for you, keeping your downtime to a minimum.

We also can provide a local collection/delivery service, and can arrange nationwide collection & delivery via courier.
